Jonny Diaz – The inspirational singer-songwriter (with his signature tune "More Beautiful You") performs at Worship on the Waterfront (WOW) at 7pm Sun. Aug. 6 in Waterfront Stadium, downtown Grand Haven. No tickets are necessary: a free-will offering will be received. The series is sponsored by First Reformed Church of Grand Haven. In case of rain or bad weather, event will be held at All Shores Wesleyan Church, 15550 Cleveland St. in Spring Lake. The Talleys - The Southern gospel family ensemble performs at 7pm Sat. Aug. 12 in the new multi-purpose Activity Center at the Christian Reformed Conference Grounds, 12253 Lakeshore Drive, south of Grand Haven. The group features Roger and Debra Talley and their daughter Lauren. Their most recent album is the compilation "God Is Able." The performance is part of the annual Saturday night summertime series at the conference grounds through Aug. 26. No tickets are necessary; a free-will offering is received. *Gospel Bluegrass Festival – The eighth annual festival is set for Fri.-Sat. Aug. 18-19 at the Gospel Music Barn & Chapel, 6881 64th Ave. Hudsonville. The music starts at 6 p.m. Friday and picks up again at 3 p.m. Sat. Among the bluegrass gospel bands on the bill – Corky's Pals and Narrow Road (Fri.) and the Luke Lenhart Band, Mike & Jan McIntyre , Wasepi Bluegrass Gospel, and Calabobie Road on Saturday.
