*Kentwood Community Church Worship Band –The church ensemble led by Leo Caldas performs at 7 p.m. Tues. July 5 at Lamar Park, 2561 Porter St. SW in Wyoming. The concert features gospel and world music and is part of the park's annual summer concert series. The band Restless Generation will also perform. A theme for the evening is "Christmas in July," and includes Christmas carolers and decorations. And if you dress in Christmas attire, you'll have a chance to win a gift card. *Ernie Hasse & Signature Sound and The Booth Brothers – The Southern gospel groups join forces for "The Brotherhood Tour" at 7 p.m. Thurs. July 14 at Sunshine Community Church, 3300 E. Beltline NE Grand Rapids. The groups have dozens of top Southern gospel hits between them. Signature Sound's most recent CD is a collection of hymns; The Booth Brothers current hit is "Dirt On My Hands" from their album "Still," and features newest group member Paul Lancaster. *Randy Stonehill – The veteran singer-songwriter, often called one of the "fathers of contemporary Christian music," performs at 7 p.m. Tues. July 12 at River of Life Ministries, 3412 Leonard St. NW in Walker. Stonehill has a legacy of songs and recordings dating back to the 1970s. He's also been a part of collections and collaborations with fellow artists such as Amy Grant, Larry Norman and Keith Green. He was inducted into the Christian Music Hall of Fame in 2010. There is no admission charge and no advance tickets are necessary. A free-will offering will be received.
