It encourages me to give thanks continuously for my wife, my children, the organization I’m blessed to lead and first and foremost my relationship with Jesus Christ. Without Him, the other things would not exist. Of course someone could respond with, “That’s ridiculous, Dan. Many people who don’t believe in Jesus Christ are married, have children, and also have jobs.”

womenatrisk2A beautiful young lady, Thom, performed a Thai cultural dance on stage; her story was written on the screen behind her. She was the oldest daughter in her family; at 12 her mother arranged for her to work in bars as a sexy girl to help support the family. Thom said no. She was still sent to Bangkok to work in the bar. She was left there alone and afraid. She put on a mask to hide her fear at work. Life at the bar was not pretty. Thom knew it was really not who she was - an object for sale, not a person.
