Finance: Dave Says....

Dear Dave,

My daughter is in her late twenties, and she has a good job making $50,000 a year. The other day, she told me she has $15,000 in credit card debt and has financed an expensive car she's upside down on. Her apartment in Omaha costs $600 a month, and she is asking for help to get out of the hole. We tried to teach her how to handle money, but apparently it didn't work. Etcetera: Prayer for the City

We warmly welcome all who share a burden for our city, nation and culture to cry out in praise, thanksgiving, repentance and unity. When we do this, God the Father is answering His Son's great priestly prayer that we become as one.

God continues to grow these prayer gatherings. Last month over 70 people from more than 20 churches came together.

We are meeting this Tuesday, March 24th, 7:00-8:30 PM at the Three Mile Project, 3050 Walkent Drive NW, Grand Rapids, MI.

Final Words:

"Getting over a painful experience is much like crossing monkey bars. You have to let go at some point in order to move forward."

C.S. Lewis

"Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes."

Ephesians 6:10-11
